8-10 chicken thighs
1 pound Italian sausage links
1 large onion (or as much as you like)
6 cloves garlic (or as much as you like)
Salt & pepper to taste
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Skin chicken. Place in bottom of baking dish
Add sausage cut into 1” pieces. (It is easier to cut if the sausage is slightly frozen
Add onion cut into wedges
Add garlic cloves cut into small pieces (or use garlic paste)
Add S&P
Add oil & vinegar
Bake 375º for about 1 hour

I like to serve over angel hair pasta—but it would also work over rice or even mashed potatoes.

As much chicken, sausage, onions, garlic, S&P as you like. Equal parts of oil and vinegar—just be careful not to make too much liquid, otherwise you meal will be swimming in oil & vinegar.
