Brie Cheese
2 Artisan Buns
1/2 Red Onion
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sugar
Salt
1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the Brie cheese in half parallel to the cutting board.
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. When hot add olive oil and onions. Cook until slightly softened, 3-4 minutes. Add sugar and season with salt. Cook, stirring occasionally until the onions are dark golden brown, 4-6 minutes. Split buns and place on a baking sheet, cut side up. Spread mustard on the bottom buns and top with Brie halves. Spread caramelized onions on the top buns.
Broil in the middle of the oven until the Brie melts, 3-5 minutes. Top Brie with top buns and cut in half.
Serve with a side salad.
