2½ cups fruit (blueberries, peaches are best)
1 cup flour
½ cup sugar (white, brown, raw)
1 tea. Baking powder
½ tea. Cinnamon
Dash salt
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375º
Butter 8x8 baking dish. Place fruit in bottom of dish
Mix dry ingredients. Mix egg and add to dry ingredients.
Crumble mixture over the fruit. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Delicious both warm or cold.
Can be served warm with ice cream or half & half.
