2 8 or 9 inch pie crusts, home-made or store-bought
2 cups strawberries, chopped
2 cups blueberries
2 cups blackberries
3/4 cup Splenda (more if you like it sweeter)
1/3 cup cornstarch (if really juicy add more)
Spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, whatever you like
Dash of salt

Preheat oven to 375º. Mix all the ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter and place second unbaked pie crust on top of berry filling. Crimp the edges to seal and cut slits in top crust for venting. Brush egg white on top and aluminum foil around the edges for the first 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove aluminum foil and continue to bake for another 30 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
