There are no ingredient amounts because it is a "build your own" type recipe. Here are the basic needs:

Pizza dough (homemade or pre-made from grocery store)
Sauce (pizza, ranch dressing, alfredo or just olive oil
Shredded cheese (mozarrella, swiss, cheddar, your choice
Meat (sausage, ground beef, bacon, shredded chicken or no meat
Veggies, your choice, or none

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread sauce, then cheese, then your choice of toppings. Roll dough up as tightly as possible and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Separate an egg and use the white to egg wash the top of the dough roll. Sprinkle with seasonings if you choose.

Bake in 375-380º oven for 40-60 minutes. Check the underside of the Stromboli to be sure it is browned and baked through.
