8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1-1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat butter and cream cheese together on high speed until fluffy and smooth. Add sugar and continue to beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir just until mixed. Do not overmix.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop by tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-11 minutes. Cookies should be light in color, not browned, and just starting to brown on the bottom. Let cookies cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
