1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 (4 oz.) can diced chiles
1 small pkg. flour tortillas
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can refried beans
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 c. grated cheese
Tostitos or Doritos

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Place on bottom of 2-3 quart casserole dish. Add can of green chiles. Break up 2-3 flour tortillas and place over meat mixture. Add refried beans; add mushroom soup mixed with milk. Make another layer of 2-3 tortillas. Add enchilada sauce and top with cheddar cheese. Crumble chips on top. Bake at 350 until heated through.

This is a recipe Rita got from her college roommate. It is a family favorite. We normally double the recipe and put it in a 9x13. Leftovers are great.
