"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons butter
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed as dry as possible
1/3 pound feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (The original recipe does not call for this, but I included it)
salt and pepper to taste
5 4-oz. tubes refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft, add butter and melt (I actually used more olive oil here instead of butter).
Stir in spinach, cheese, sour cream, seasonings.
Heat for about 1 minute, then stir in dill off heat.
Separate rolls into triangles.
Put 2 TBS spinach mix onto wide end of dough and roll up. I tuck the long ends onto the dough to enclose it all.
Put on baking sheets 2 inches apart and bake at 375-400 until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Personal Note: Recipe given to me from a wonderful friend and cook, Roxanne Hamilton. Simple to make but very delicious.
