2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Crisco (I use 1 cup butter)
2 eggs
2 tbsp Water
2 tsp Vanilla extract
3 cups Old Fashioned Oats

Optional - 1 cup raisins

Directions:
NOTE - if I use butter, I refrigerate for a few hours before I cook them to get them firm.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Then add all ingredients except Oats. Mix until smooth. Stir in oats. I usually add 1 cup raisins.
