For the sauce:
1/2 cup White wine
1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1 to 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasonings / Oregano / or Rosemary
1 1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika

For the casserole:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion chopped or sliced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups white rice - uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the sauce.

Brown the chicken in the olive oil in the Instant Pot and saute the onions.
Add the rice and sauce. Make sure the sauce covers everything. If it does not, add more chicken broth and wine.

Pressure cook for 15 - 20 minutes. Let the Instant Pot naturally release the pressure.
