1 kg mince meat preferably chicken, turkey or pork

5 cloves of crushed garlic + 1 into the buttery derssing

2 tbsp paprika powder

2 tbsp ground caraway seeds

1 california red bell peppers chopped

2 tbsp chopped parsley leaves

4 corn on the cob

250 gr asparagus

250 gr broccoli florets

salt , pepper for your taste

3 tbsp melted butter or margarine

Few drops of fresh lemon juice

1. Mix the mince meat with the garlic , bell pepper caraway seeds , paprika powder and chopped parsley leaves season it with salt and pepper.

2. Water your hands and form balls from the mince then roll the balls into breadcrumbs.

3. Shallow or deep fry your cutlet according g your dietary requirement.

4. Boil or steam all of your veggies in salty water rinse them and pour the mixture of melted butter, garlic , lemon juice , salt on the top.

For diabetes you can use breadcrumbs made from whole wheat bread for less insulin response.

Make it heart friendly by replacing butter to diet margarine.

When you serve this with ketchup and chips your kids will love it.

I love garlic but please portion it how you like.There are no rules.
