˝ medium onion, chopped
˝ bell pepper, chopped
˝ cup chopped parsley
4 tbsp. butter
1 - 1˝ lbs peeled and deveined shrimp
2 tbsp. flour
salt to taste
pepper to taste
pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, bell pepper, and parsley in butter until onion is transparent.
Add shrimp and sauté.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp. flour over all and mix.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
