1 or 2 frozen ripe bananas per person

Peel and cut ripe bananas into large pieces . Put into zip-lock bags. Freeze. Put through juicer, making sure you have inserted the flat bottom before starting. Pour into serving dishes and serve at once. Or freeze for later serving.

Cris Milora gave me a Champion juicer when his two older girls were little. Every summer it is in constant use, making juice, smoothies, or this delicious banana dessert. If served right away, it is the consistency of soft ice cream.
