Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 whole onions (white or yellow)
½ of a whole garlic head
1 whole tomato
Olive oil
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
¼ cup of vegetable oil
1-2 squeezed lemon juice
1 cup Sriracha
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons turmeric
~ 2 tablespoons mayo (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Chop the onions, the garlic & the tomato. You can chop them however you like.

2) Sauté the onions, garlic, & tomato with olive oil and crushed red pepper

3) Cook until onions turn soft and yellow (this give the sauce its color)

4) In a food processor or blender:

---> Dump everything in with about ¼ cup of vegetable oil and the lemon juice

---> Blend for a very long time (maybe about 15 minutes because my blender sucks). Continue to pause the blender and stir. Drizzle more vegetable oil as its blending to keep a sauce consistency.

5) The sauce needs to be broken down so much that it could pass through a squeeze bottle. After about 15 minutes, dump the sauce through a strainer. Find a strainer where the holes are about the same size as the nozzle of a squeeze bottle.

6) When sauce is finally strained, add the following to the bowl:

-----> The sriracha, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and turmeric

7) Mix well.

Optional based on preference: If you want your sauce to have a slight mayo base you can add about two tbsp of mayo, but don't add more.

* This recipe should make about 1-2 bottles
