Bone in chicken with the skin on
2 c Flour
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1 t garlic powder
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together on a plate or in a ziplock bag
Cover the chicken in the flour mixture
Heat oil to 400 in an electric skillet
Place the chicken in the hot oil and cover
Flip chicken once it starts to turn a bit brown
Fry other side till brown
Turn oil down to 300-325 and cook until done
Normally takes about an hour Keeping it covered and flip every 10 minutes or so
