1 box Rosa Marina( 1 lb)
2 eggs
¾ c. sugar
2 large cans pineapple, drained
reserved pineapple juice
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 container Cool Whip
cherries(for the top)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook eggs, sugar, juice from pineapple, flour and salt until thickened. Cook Rosa Marina following directions on the box. Drain and add thickened mixture. Stir together and let set in refrigerator overnight. Add Cool Whip and garnish with cherries for the top.
