Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
4 lobster tails (thawed)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix the butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika. Hold the lobster tail in one hand, with the bottom pointing towards you. Using kitchen shears, cut down each side of the lobster as close to the side as you can. Cut each shell membrane across the middle at the base of the tail and remove it. Stick a knife or your finger between the lobster meat and the shell so it is easy to remove once it is done cooking. Place the tail (bottom up) on a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture. Fold up the aluminum foil to completely seal the lobster. Repeat with remaining lobster tails. Place on baking sheet, and bake as follows: 4 ounces = 18 minutes; 6 ounces = 22 minutes; 8 minutes = 26 minutes; 12 ounces = 30 minutes; 14+ ounces = 35 minutes.
