"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

1 egg, beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
6 tablespoons lemon pepper
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes (optional)
Rotisserie oven

Directions:
Line the edges of the rotisserie basket with foil. Put the chicken wings in a bowl, pour the egg over them, and toss to coat. Put the bread crumbs and pepper in a large zip-lock bag, and shake to mix. Add a few wings at a time and shake to coat. Put the wings on a rack on a baking sheet and chill 1 to 2 hours (this helps the coating adhere to the meat). Put the wings in the rotisserie basket, packing in tight. Put on the basket top and cook in rotisserie oven for 40-45 minutes.
