Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 - 14 3/4 oz can of wild caught Pink Salmon - drained
1 medium Sweet Potato - steamed, peeled, mushed
3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 large Eggs
3 Tbsp Fresh Parsley - chopped

*I found there was not enough liquid so added a bit of water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Put everything in the food processor - and let it do all the work! :)

Transfer dough into an air tight container and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Transfer dough to a floured surface and sprinkle with more flour (also, lightly dust hands & rolling pin to prevent sticking).
Roll dough out until it is about 1/8" thick, turning dough and flipping it over while continuing to lightly dust with flour to insure even thickness.
Cut with a cookie cutter and place biscuits on a cookie sheet & bake for 30 mins or until biscuits are crisp and centers are hard.
It is important that biscuits are completely dried out or they will go bad.
Let cool completely. Store in container in fridge.

Personal Notes:
These turn out excellent & are a healthy treat compared to the cardboard Milk Bones!
I like to freeze them individually then put in ziplock for quick use. Take out as many as you need & leave on counter for 10 mins for ease of use & safety sake - i like to err on the side of caution.
