1 pound ground beef
1-2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1 pound green beans, cut up
1-2 potatoes, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon Lawry's Salt-Free 17 Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup salsa or chopped tomato
2-4 tablespoons sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large (preferably cast iron) skillet and sauté the beef until it until starts to brown, stirring as needed. Add the carrot and sauté at least 5 minutes. Add the onion and sauté a few minutes. Add the bell pepper and garlic and sauté, stirring occasionally, until the onion starts to soften. Add the green beans, potatoes (if using), seasoning and salsa (or tomato). Cover and cook until green beans (and potatoes) are done to your liking, 20-30 minutes You may need to add some liquid (water, broth, wine), but mixture should be fairly dry. Adjust seasoning. Turn off heat. Stir in the sour cream.
