Burrito-size flour tortillas
Refried beans
Grated cheese
Salsa of choice
Chopped lettuce, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Heat the refried beans until hot. Heat the tortilla in the skillet on each side until it softens. Transfer the tortilla to a plate and spread with beans. Sprinkle with cheese, salsa and lettuce (if using). Fold the bottom up and then the sides in. You can leave the top open.
