Put peanuts in large bowl of food processor, with steel blade. Process until the desired consistency is achieved.

Personal Notes:
One of my favorite uses of the food processor is making nut butters - which can then be used in your favorite recipes. Peanut butter is the most common, but you can also use almonds or cashew nuts. This is so much better than store-bought, which has added salt, sugar and oil!
