1/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp Olive Oil - i like to use the flavored oil (surprise! lol) - dill, butter etc.
4 - 6 oz Salmon Fillets - patted dry with paper towel
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper - freshly ground
3 cloves Garlic - minced
1 Lemon - sliced into rounds

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice & red pepper flakes.
Heat oil & add garlic to a skillet and cook until fragrant, 1 minute.
Add the honey mixture & sliced lemons and cook until sauce is reduced by 1/3.

Cook salmon on BBQ & baste salmon with the sauce.
(*Set some sauce aside to top the salmon when cooked)

Garnish with sliced lemon & remainder of sauce.
Sprinkle with a bit of fresh parsley for some color.

Serve & enjoy!

This is a really nice twist to the usual one we use (marinate with soy, brown sugar garlic).

Really nice flavor and quick to make! Definitely a keeper!
