Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans of fruit cocktail drained
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz. container of cool whip
6 tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
2 graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the Eagle Brand milk and lemon
juice stirring well. Mix in the drained fruit cocktail and stir gently.
Gently fold in the cool whip enough to mix well. If you stir to hard
you will break down the cool whip so be gentle. Divide the
mixture between the 2 pie crust. Place the lid on top and refrigerate
for at least 2 hours. I usually just store them in the freezer.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When the 3 of you were at home this was a easy
Sunday dinner dessert. I could make them on Saturday
and freeze them for Sunday dinner.
