dozen eggs, mayonnaise , dried mustard

Hard boil eggs. When peeled, slice in half long ways and scoop out yolks to a bowl. Mash the yolks well. Add mayo,dried mustard and mix well.
Place scoops in egg whites and serve.

I start with a small amount of the mayonnaise and dried mustard. Eyeball it to make sure it's not super heavy on the mayo. The dried mustard can be as spicy as you want it.Go light to start and add more if you prefer
