2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
32 crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. onions
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger

Topping

1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp mustard

Directions:
Beat eggs, add milk & crackers. Add onion & cheese. Then add hamburger. Shape into loaf. Bake 350º for 45 min. Mix topping & put 1/2 over loaf after 30 min. Bake 10 more minutes then add rest of topping & bake the other 5-10 minutes.
