1/4 t. baking soda
1 1/3 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. Hershey's syrup (16 oz.)
1 t. vanilla
1 1/3 c. GF Flour Blend
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1/3 c. butter
cinnamon
1 GF unbaked pie crust
FROSTING:
6 T. butter, softened
1/3 c. cocoa
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve soda in water; stir in syrup and vanilla. Cool. Mix flour, sugar, soda and salt; cut in butter till coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 c. each of chocolate mixture and crumbs. Mix rest of chocolate mixture and crumbs just until moistened. Pour reserved chocolate mixture into pie crust. Pour chocolate-crumb mixture over this. Top with crumbs. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 1 hour at 375º, until set. FROSTING: Beat all until fluffy. Spread over cooled pie to within 1" of edge.
