2 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 lb crab (real, not canned. Love Dungeness
body meat)
1/2 medium onion, minced (white or Walla Walla)
1-2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp horseradish
salt and pepper, to taste
Red Bell pepper, chopped
artichokes (in water), drained, chopped
celery, chopped

* Crunchy, deli sliced bread

Blend together, Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.
