1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. boiling water

Chocolate Frosting
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp milk
6 Tbsp oleo
1 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add Miracle Whip and water. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Frosting:
Combine sugar, milk, and oleo and bring to boil. Boil 30 seconds (NO MORE). Add chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted and spread on cake.
