4 Chicken Breasts
4 t butter
1/2 c diced onion
2 garlic cloves
1 red Bell pepper, cut into thin strips
3 T whipped cream cheese
1 T sour cream
2 t white wine
2 T fresh parsley chopped

Serve with Egg noodles or angle hair pasta.

1. Bag Chicken breasts
2. Saute Onion and garlic in butter, add pepper strips cook until tender about 5 minutes. Transfer pepper mixture to a blender. Add cream cheese, sour cream and wine. Process until smooth. Stir in fresh parsley. Put in a quart size freezer baggie.
3. Freeze

Thaw in the refrigerator. Prepare pasta. Brown chicken in a sauce pan or grill. Add sauce and heat until heated through 5 -10 minutes.
