6 c grated Zucchini
6 c sugar
1 pkg sure jell fruit pectin
1/4 c lemon juice
1 large can (20 oz) crushed pineapple- undrained
1 large box apricot or strawberry jelo

Directions:
Directions:
Place grated zucchini in large pan and cover. Boil for 5 min. Do not add water. Add sugar, sure jell, lemon juice and pineapple.
Cook for 5 min.
Add jelo and stir well
Put in jars and seal
