10 oz. pasta
1/2 pound Italian pork sausage
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 C. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 C. chicken broth
3/4 C. sour cream
1/4 tsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, boil water with plenty of salt.
2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, onion and garlic until sausage is no longer pink and vegetables are soft (about 5-7 minutes).
4. Add flour, paprika, salt and pepper to the sausage mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add broth and stir. Cook 1-2 more minutes. Add sour cream and cook 1 minute until mixture thickens.
5. Serve sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with parsley.
