3 cups (325 g) rotisserie chicken, shredded
½ cup buffalo sauce
½ cup (122.5 g) ranch dressing
1 ½ cup (169.5 g) Mexican blend cheese
¼ cup (37.5 g) shredded pepper jack
1 bag tortilla chips
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 425°F.

2) In a medium bowl, mix together chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.

3) In a large skillet, add ⅓ of each the chips, the chicken, the shredded Mexican blend, and the pepper jack in layers. Starting with a layer of tortilla chips, a layer of chicken, a layer of the cheddar cheese, and a layer of blue cheese. Repeat x3

4) Place Nachos in the preheated oven and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.

Optional: Top with chopped green onions and drizzle with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
