"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

22-24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. mild salsa
1 packet taco seasoning
4 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. enchilada sauce
2 c. Mexican cheese blend

Lay shells out individually so they don't stick together. Cook and drain beef; add salsa, seasoning and cream cheese. Pour half of enchilada sauce in 9x13 pan. Stuff shells with meat mixture, lay in pan; drizzle with remaining sauce and top with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
