Sausage (your favorite kind)
cooked and drained 1 pound
White Sauce (Knorr or home made 2 cups)
Swiss Cheese chopped about 1 pound
Caraway Seeds
Cresent rolls 2 packs
White onions sliced very thin
Pepper
Pizza pie pan

Directions:
Directions:
Line pizza pie pan with cresent rolls
Saute sausage
Make while sauce according to package
add 1 pound chopped up swiss cheese to white sauce.
Add caraway seeds (sparingly)
Place drained sausage over creasent rolls evenly.
place onion rings evenly over top of sausage,
pour white sauce cheese mixture over pie evenly.
Sprinkle litely with cracked pepper. Bake in oven at the temp on the cresent roll container until browned.

Mom first made this when we were living at 2878. She made it on a New Years Eve night when we were all at home. Miranda and Kenny remember me making this as well. It is delicious. I would love for Mom to tell where she found the recipe!!
