2 cans cream style corn
4 eggs beaten
1 box corn muffin mix
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp onion
1 jar (4oz) pimento chopped
1 c. grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in casserole dish and bake in 350 45 minutes.

Can be made and refrigerated day before.
