Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 C Milk
1 C Flour
1 t Sugar (although I just saw other recipes that used 3 T sugar)
Salt
4 eggs
Approx half cube of butter
(can be easily cut to 3/4 C, 3/4 C and three eggs)

Directions:
Directions:
All of the above at room temperature (out of refrig the night before).

Sprinkle flour over milk and beat. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Put 1 teas butter into 9 or 10 Pyrex bowls which are already heated in the over, brushing around sides of dish and heat again for a moment, then pour in about 1/4 Cup of batter into each dish.

Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes, then 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Serve with powder sugar, lemon juice, and syrup. Lemon juice and syrup is a great combo; powdered sugar is to dress it up.

Mom use to also fry up some Little Pigs (brown & serve sausages – although I don’t think they were “Brown & Serve” at that time.)
