1 cup melted butter
2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
4 eggs beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 lb Mochiko (glutinous rice flour)
2 tsp baking powder
1 21 oz can blueberry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly oil 13X9X2-inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla and mix well. Add Mochiko and baking powder to the milk mixture and mix until smooth. Gently fold in the pie filling. Pour into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool and cut into squares.
