3 cans evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 c. sugar
6 egg yolks
For coconut custard: 1 c. coconut
For apple custard: 3 apples, sliced

MERINGUE:
6 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milks, sugar and yolks. Bake in 3 qt. baking dish at 325º for 1 hour. MERINGUE: Beat whites to soft peaks; add sugar gradually. Put on hot custard and bake for 10 minutes.
