Grandpa Reuschell (Grandma (Marianne) Hayden’s father) was a baker. He was killed in a car accident in 1929 when she was an infant. His recipe book has a lot of professional baker recipes with ingredients and quantities, but not a lot of detail. I imagine that a professional baker would not need a whole lot of instructions on how to make the items, just the ingredient list. They most likely have not been shared since his death in 1929.
