1 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
2 t. baking powder
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately; combine. Pour into buttered 8" cake pan. Bake at 400º for 20-30 minutes.
