18 oz fresh tortellini (your choice, cheese or other)
1 jar pasta sauce (good quality, I prefer Bertolli)
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella
2 oz shredded parmesan cheese
You can also add crumbled meat if desired, hamburger or sausage.

Directions:
At 350º, bake pasta sauce and cream cheese for 10 minutes. While this is baking, cook tortellini by boiling for 4 minutes.
Remove sauce from oven and mix cream cheese thoroughly into sauce. Add tortellini, top with mozzarella and then parmesan. Return to oven for an additional 20 minutes.

Serve w/ salad and bread.
