Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Large Whole Chicken Breasts
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
2 Tablespoons Dry Sherry
3/4 teaspoon minced peeled Ginger Root
1/8 teaspoon Monosodium Glutamate
Salt
1/3 cup Salad Oil
3/4 cup Walnuts
1 15ounce can Chinese Straw Mushrooms
1 8 and 1/2 ounce can sliced Bamboo Shoots
1/4 pound Snow Peas

Directions:
Directions:
With sharp knife make thin slices of chicken breasts. (it helps if you put chicken breasts in freezer for two hours. Makes it easier to slice)

In bowl mix corn starch, sherry, ginger, monosodium glutamate, and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt. Then add chicken.

In 12 inch skillet heat oil (medium high) and brown walnuts, about 3 minutes. Drain walnuts on paper towel. Leave oil in skillet. Then add the mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and snow peas, and 1/2 teaspoon salt, stirring often, about 3 to 5 minutes. Move to a bowl.

In remaining oil, cook chicken until done. Add in the mushroom mixture.

I like to put a layer of cooked rice on a platter, then add chicken mixture and top with walnuts.
