1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 c. creamed corn
3 T. sugar

Directions:
Heat a little oil or butter in skillet. Mix all; pour into heated skillet. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400º. Serve with lots of butter!
