Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large peeled Vidalia onion per person
1 beef bouillon cube per onion
1 tbsp butter per onion
Parmesan cheese grated
Croutons

Directions:
Directions:
After peeling onion, cut out a cone shape in the top of the onion that's big enough for a tbsp of butter and bouillon cube.
Wrap each onion tightly in foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx 30-45 minutes. Baking time depends on onion size. When tender, remove onions from oven and put in individual bowls. Carefully remove foil. The onion will fall apart and there will be lots of broth. Then just add croutons and cheese to taste. It's just like French Onion soup!
