6 tbsps butter, divided
1 lb pkg sausage, sliced
1 lb shrimp

Creole seasoning
1 (32oz) carton chicken broth
1½ cups quick cooking grits
1 (8oz) pkg shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over med/high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned; remove from skillet.

Sprinkle shrimp with creole 1 tbsp creole seasoning. Add to skillet, and cook until pink. Remove, wipe skillet clean.

Bring broth to a boil in skillet; gradually whisk in grits. Cook stirring constantly, until grits are thickened. Stir in 4 tbsp butter, creole seasoning, and 1½ cups cheese. Top with shrimp and sausage, sprinkle with ½ cup cheese. Bake 10 to 15 mins until cheese melts.
