5 tbsps butter (divided)
4 oz mushrooms (sliced)
1 lb shrimp (cooked and cut up)
8 oz lobster meat
4 oz crab meat
¼ cup flour
2 cups milk
salt
pepper
¼ tsp paprika
2 tsp chives (snipped)
2 tsp parsley (finely chopped)
2 tbsp white wine
2 to 4 tbsps parmesan cheese

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Melt 1 tbsp butter in saute pan, add sliced mushrooms. Cook until tender.

In a battered casserole dish combine the seafood, add the cooked mushrooms. Add the remaining 4 tbsps butter to saucepan. Melt on Med/High heat. Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly. Stir for 2 minutes.

Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat stirring until thick. Stir in the seasonings, herbs, and wine. Gently stir sauce onto seafood mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
