Yellow tail or any flaky ocean fish

Newman's own restaurant recipe Italian dressing

Onions

Lemon

Butter

Lawry"s garlic salt

Lawry's lemon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onions into small wedges

Melt butter

Sautee onions on low heat and squeeze a whole lemon into onions. Add half a cup of Italian dressing along with seasonings. Cook until almost tender

Add fish filets and a little more Italian dressing on top of the fish and continue cooking.

Squeeze more lemon (to taste)

Pull apart fish once its cooked

Mix all ingredients
