1 kg free range chicken cut in pieces of your like
2 medium finely chopped onion
250-300 gr. chopped mushroom
1-2 tbsp. paprika powder according to your taste
1 fresh chopped tomato
1 chopped green paprika
250 ml soured cream
salt, pepper according to your taste
3-4 tbsp oil

1. Fry the finely chopped onion in the oil until it is golden brown
2. Add the chopped paprika and the tomato and fry together with the onion
3. Throw the mushrooms inside then season your stir fry.
5. When the liquid evaporates add the paprika powder and stir for a short time, be careful not to burn it.
6. Put the chicken pieces into the ragout and stir them very well.
7. Pour as much water into the ragout that slightly cover it and cook it till ready.
8. When the meat is cooked add 250 ml sour cream that is previously mixed with 1 tbsp flour to give a little thickness to the dish.
9.Taste it. If you need extra salt or pepper season it.

Great with pasta and rice and homemade noodles and cucumber salad...

Vegetarians: Skip the meat just use the mushroom

Heart friendly diet: Use reduced fat sour cream

Low carb diet: Use full fat sour cream. The more fat the less carbs.
You can replace white rice to brown rice or if you tolerate you can use
basmati rice as well also you can change your pasta to whole grain or
durum pasta.
Pasta s has less carbohydrate than rice.You can thicken the stew
using wholewheat flour if you are on a diet.
