4 chicken breasts
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices deli ham
2 large eggs, beaten
Breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray or coat with margarine.
After rinsing chicken breast, dip them in the eggs and then breadcrumbs coating both sides of each chicken breast.
Place the 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of swiss cheese on each piece of breaded chicken breast
Roll them into 4 pieces (starting at the top of the breast, roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks) creating 4 pieces of "chicken cordon bleu".
Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden and cooked through, 30 minutes.
Remove toothpicks from chicken and serve with bearnaise sauce (or hollandaise sauce).
